Effective March 2026 • Pursuant to Kalshi Rule 5.13(s)

Overview

OffensiveEdge LLC operates a sports analytics and prediction market platform that includes a direct integration with Kalshi, a CFTC-regulated prediction market exchange. Because our platform routes activity through Kalshi, our users and automated trading systems are subject to the same participation restrictions that govern Kalshi accounts directly.

This document outlines those restrictions so there are no surprises. We are being proactive and fully transparent with our user base. If any of the conditions below apply to you, you are prohibited from participating in the affected contracts on our platform.

Who Is Prohibited?

Pursuant to Kalshi Rule 5.13(s), you are prohibited from participating in a contract if you:

• Are an employee of the source agency or organization tied to that contract;
• Have material non-public information (MNPI) regarding the contract; or
• Have the ability to directly influence or determine the outcome of the contract.

These restrictions are not unique to OffensiveEdge — they are regulatory requirements that flow directly from Kalshi's exchange rules, which are overseen by the CFTC. OffensiveEdge LLC enforces these restrictions as part of our platform Terms of Service.

Additional Specific Restrictions

Beyond the general rule above, the following specific categories of people are prohibited from trading contracts tied to their respective organizations or roles:

Election & Political Contracts

• Employees of the Federal Election Commission, state election agencies, or any election authority directly involved in counting, certifying, or reporting vote tallies;
• Paid campaign staff for any candidate whose contract is listed on the platform;
• Third-party vendors, contractors, or employees thereof who work in a vote-tally or ballot-counting capacity;
• Staff of the U.S. House of Representatives, the U.S. Senate, or any Congressional Campaign Committee (including PACs and Super PACs operating in an independent expenditure capacity);
• Staff of the U.S. Supreme Court or any federal appellate court whose decisions are the subject of a listed contract.

Media & Polling Contracts

• Decision Desk staff at major media networks (Fox News, ABC, CNN, CBS, and similar organizations);
• Employees of polling organizations or research firms listed in the FiveThirtyEight pollster database — note that this prohibition applies to the specific individual who works in a polling division, not to all employees of the broader organization (e.g., the prohibition does not apply to all employees of Quinnipiac University simply because it has a polling division). Kalshi and OffensiveEdge reserve the right to determine which roles constitute a covered position.

Foreign National Restriction

A foreign national is defined as an individual who is: (1) not a U.S. citizen, and (2) not lawfully admitted for permanent residence, as defined in 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(20). Foreign nationals, as defined under 22 U.S.C. § 611(b), are prohibited from participating in U.S. election-related contracts specifically.

“Foreign principal” is defined to include any foreign government or political party, as well as any partnership, association, corporation, or other combination of persons organized under the laws of a foreign country whose principal place of business is in a foreign country.

Prohibited Contract Tickers by Source

The following is a comprehensive list of all Kalshi contract tickers subject to the restrictions described above, organized by their source agency or data provider. If you are an employee of, or have MNPI related to, any of the organizations listed below, you are prohibited from trading the associated contracts on the OffensiveEdge platform.

This section is being finalized and will be updated with the full ticker list organized by source.

Enforcement & Updates

OffensiveEdge LLC will update this list as Kalshi modifies its prohibited contract roster. The Exchange reserves the right to determine which roles and individuals constitute a covered position, and may modify this list at any time. Users are responsible for monitoring updates to this disclosure.
