• Performance data reflects scored predictions (wins and losses only) and excludes pushes, pending, and unsettled outcomes

• The AI may misinterpret questions, provide irrelevant analysis, or present incorrect statistics
• Always verify important information independently before acting on it
• AI outputs should be treated as one data point among many, not as authoritative guidance

5. Trading Risk Warning

Prediction market trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of the funds in your connected Kalshi account.

• Trade execution is based on ML predictions which may be incorrect
• When Quick Execute mode is enabled, orders are submitted to your Kalshi account based on your pre-configured parameters without individual confirmation per trade
• Market conditions can change rapidly, and orders may be filled at unfavorable prices
• System errors, API outages, or connectivity issues may affect order execution
• Auto-sell orders require multiple confirmation checks (approximately 5–12.5 seconds) before execution. Market prices may move unfavorably during this delay
• Safety circuit breakers may temporarily pause auto-sell activity, during which open positions remain exposed to market movement
• You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely
• OffensiveEdge is not responsible for any trading losses, regardless of cause

EdgeSeeker is not Kalshi. EdgeSeeker operates as a Kalshi API client on your behalf — all requests use your own credentials, and no Kalshi data is stored beyond records of trades placed through our Platform. Kalshi data has never been and is not used in any of our machine learning operations or prediction models. We do not data mine or persistently store Kalshi market data. The Kalshi integration is a convenient self-service layer for speed — nothing more. Your Kalshi account is governed by Kalshi's own Terms of Service, Data Terms of Use, and regulatory framework, and you are responsible for complying with them. Kalshi, Inc. is a designated contract market (DCM) regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). OffensiveEdge is not registered with the CFTC and has no control over Kalshi's platform, markets, settlement, or fund custody.
